Usage

Pump a small amount of natural sunscreen into your palm and apply a thin layer of sunscreen to the entire body. Use about one teaspoon of sunscreen per body part. Spread the sunscreen well to prevent a white cast. Repeat every two to three hours for optimal sun protection. Please note: this natural sunscreen is not waterproof. Therefore, apply it again after bathing or sweating a lot.
