Kideo in national media campaign: organic is tasty for you
In recent times, Childcare Kideo has been actively implementing and promoting its vision of Green Childcare, both when it comes to our pedagogical vision and the promotion of our new nutritional policy.
We are convinced that it is beneficial for our body and mind to eat products that are as pure and honest as possible, without all kinds of additives. We think it is important that we start this as early as possible and the target group we work with is extremely suitable for this.
That is why we offer organic products and we believe it is important to distinguish ourselves with these and contribute to a healthy world.
Kideo and organic food
We make this visible to the outside world, including on our website , Facebook and Instagram . We also want to inspire others to easily integrate organic food into daily life. We do this by writing blogs and showing videos and photos via the social media mentioned. We receive many positive reactions to this, both internally and externally. The pedagogical policy of Kideo childcare is based on the vision of Emmi Pikler . For example, we were recently approached by someone from the Food Cabinet Campaign Agency , who organized a Bio Meetup in Utrecht in collaboration with Bionext. This meetup was held on June 24th and was all about making organics accessible to everyone, from babies to the elderly. The meetup was part of the Bio Lekker Voor je campaign and was led by Sofie van den Enk, presenter of the Keuringsdienst van Waarde program. Food Cabinet turned out to be a huge fan of Kideo and the way in which we promote the benefits of organic food inside and outside our daycare centers. That is why Janet Mensinga was invited to participate as a speaker in the table discussion during this Bio Meetup. We see this as a huge honor for the contribution we have made together to implementing our vision on healthy and organic food.Other speakers at the table were:
- Ingrid Cayet-Keller - Founder of Madaga supplier of organic hot meals
- Arie van den Berg - Farmer and owner BSO on the farm
- Willem Nijland - Head of a care home for the elderly
