Register, Tour, Intake interview, Adjust or Cancel
Placement regulations for childcare at Kideo
At Kideo, we believe it's important that children are placed in our childcare facilities with care. That's why we have a clear step-by-step plan to clarify expectations and prevent disappointment.
To register
There are two ways to register:
- Complete the registration form on our website
- Send an email to info@kideo.nl with the following information:
Name of your child
Date of birth
Desired start date
Desired location
Desired care days
As soon as we have received all the necessary information, we will process your registration.
Availability and reservation
We'll check availability at your desired location and on the desired dates. If available, we'll contact you and, in consultation with you, make a provisional reservation for the requested dates.
Please note: we are currently operating a waiting list. Children of parents who are already Kideo customers will be given priority.
Guided tour
Only after we've provisionally reserved the daycare days will we schedule a tour of the group. This helps us avoid disappointment. During the tour, you'll meet the childcare staff, the space, and the daily routine. You'll also receive an explanation of our working methods.
Intake interview
A few weeks before the start date you will receive an invitation for an intake interview
Here we discuss your child's personal preferences, rituals, and special circumstances, so we can ensure a smooth start.
Adjust or cancel
After the intake interview, you can still adjust or cancel the contract up to one month before the start date. If you want to postpone the start date, the reserved spot will be canceled and your child will be placed back on the waiting list.
